At LLJAMES Cleaning Services, we believe in transparency, respect, and professionalism. These policies ensure a smooth experience for both our clients and our team.

📌 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will not incur a fee.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged a $35 late cancellation fee.

• If our cleaners arrive and cannot access the property, this is considered a lockout, and a $50 lockout fee will apply.

• Repeated cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings.

📌 Refund Policy

• LLJAMES Cleaning Services does not offer cash refunds once a service has been completed.

• If you are unsatisfied with any part of your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional cost.

• Refunds may be issued only in cases where a service was not performed due to our error.

📌 Late Fee Policy

• If payment is not received at the time of service, a $10 late fee will be added after 24 hours.

• An additional $10 late fee will be added every 48 hours until the balance is paid.

• Accounts past due for more than 7 days may result in paused services until the balance is cleared.

📌 Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority.

• If any area of your home was missed or not cleaned to your expectations, contact us within 24 hours.

• We will schedule a free re-clean of the missed areas.

• The guarantee does not apply to areas that were excessively cluttered, inaccessible, or outside the scope of the booked service.

📌 Safety Guidelines

To protect our team and your home:

• We do not move heavy furniture (over 25 lbs).

• We do not clean areas that are unsafe or require climbing higher than a 2-step ladder.

• We do not handle biohazards, including mold, blood, animal waste, or infestations.

• Pets must be secured during the cleaning for the safety of both your animals and our staff.

• For the safety of our cleaners, we reserve the right to refuse or stop service if a home is deemed hazardous.

📌 Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

• We accept:

• Credit/debit cards

• Zelle

• Online payments through our booking system

• A deposit is required for all jobs.

• Prices may be adjusted if the condition of the home differs significantly from the original booking description.
