  • How do I book a cleaning?

You can book directly through our website, call or text us, or request a quote through our contact form. Booking takes just a few minutes.

  • Do you require a deposit?

Yes, we require a small deposit to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due after the cleaning is completed.

  • How do you determine pricing?

Pricing is based on the size of your home, the type of cleaning you need, and any add‑on services you choose. You’ll always receive transparent pricing before we begin.

When available, yes. Same‑day and next‑day bookings fill up quickly, so we recommend scheduling in advance.

During the Cleaning

  • Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No — you’re welcome to stay, leave, or step out. Many clients provide access instructions and return to a freshly cleaned home.

  • Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes, we bring all cleaning products, tools, and equipment. If you prefer, we use your products, just let us know.

  • How long will my cleaning take?

It depends on the size of your home and the service type. Standard cleanings typically take 1.5–3 hours. Deep cleans and move‑outs take longer.
